This Policy discloses what information we collect about you and how do we use it. We also detail below our security policy which describes how your sensitive personal information is protected both electronically and physically.
Information that we may collect from you and about you

a) Clients/authorized users
In Your capacity as an authorized user or contact for our products and services, we collect limited personal information about You, such as Your name, email, designation and in some cases phone number and physical address and other personal information You choose to share or enter in the profile section. We collect Your IP Address for user authentication. We do not track usage at an individual level, nor we use it as input in any way to the platform. We only track error logs at macro level to improve the platform and its performance. Additionally, in those instances where You are paying for a subscription service, we may collect credit card or payment details.
We use the personal information to administer and support the contracts/relationships we have with You and the authorised users of the products and services. We use this information to provide updates about these products and services, to deliver product support, to manage billing and other client inquiries and send You information about other products and services that may be of interest to You.
b) Website visitors
If You are accessing the Site to learn more about Kognetics and our offerings, to inquire about employment etc., the information we collect may include name, IP and email addresses, and phone number(s) via an online registration/request form, as well as usage information about your use of the Site, and newsletters or other communication you agree to receive following your visit to the Site.
We use the personal information (and any preferences indicated by You, where appropriate) to send You the information You have requested in Your registration/request form.
No personal or personally identifiable information about any user that is collected by us will ever be used in any manner that is contrary to applicable laws and regulations.
Links to other websites
Kognetics may provide links to one or more websites from the Site. We encourage You to read those websites’ individual privacy policies before providing any of Your personal information to them. Kognetics is not responsible for those websites, their policies or practices.
How and When Your Information Is Shared With Other Parties
We may share your information with law enforcement or other government agencies as required by law or for the purposes of limiting fraud. We reserve the right to disclose your personal and personally identifiable information when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

Additionally, in those instances where You are paying for a subscription service, We may use third party service providers for collecting payment of fees and other charges from you for the Services. You may be required to provide your credit card, debit card, bank details, personal details, etc., to these service providers to enable the service providers to process payment of your subscription fees and other charges payable by you to us. Though these service providers are legally and contractually required to keep your information private and secure, we have no control over the nature and amount of your information required, stored, processed or dealt with by these service providers and/or the process, systems or security measures adopted by these service providers and/or the terms and policies of these services providers (or any changes to the same). You can view and change/update your information
You can access all of your personal and personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by visiting your profile in the Profile section of our application. You can view your profile data only when you are logged-in to the application. If you need to change any other information in your profile, or if you have any questions relating to your privacy, you can contact us at email@example.com.
Communications from our Site
When you register on our Site you will receive emails that confirm specific actions you requested. You will receive e-mail notifications confirming your registration, the successful verification of email addresses, and other information that requires verification or confirmation. All data collected by us is considered highly confidential, and is maintained in a password protected environment. The security of the data is achieved through a combination of network firewalls and servers with hardened operating systems. All our systems and servers are housed in a secure facility. Access to the systems and servers, both physical and electronic, is controlled and sanctioned by one of our high-ranking officer.
