Hiring Process

Our hiring process begins with preliminary step to the interview in which HR shortlist your profile based on basic skills and qualifications for the applied job. Make sure you read the job description carefully and submit a flawless resume.
Our interview process kicks-off with an in-depth interview where we appreciate your experience and discuss your views on our focus. We make an introductory presentation on Kognetics so that you can hear about our strategy directly from the ‘horse’s mouth’. The purpose of this meeting is to gauge alignment at a broad level.
Our 3rd step is deep skills-based technical interview, which involves one-hour conversation with a senior manager or VP looking to test your core skills and experience. This could be a case study and presentation round for consulting roles, and modelling and real-world problem solving through application for engineering roles. The purpose of this face to face meeting is to understand your analytical and core technical skills.
Our 4th and final round is a relaxed interaction with Kogentics team and/or senior management in which we ‘shoot-the-breeze’ and talk open ended. Your life’s philosophy, interests and other topics are discussed. This also gives you an opportunity to go deeper into Kognetics and find out as much as you want.

Experience: 3 years to 10 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source sales opportunities through outreach campaigns, social media and inbound lead management
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure
  • Achieve quarterly quotas for sales meetings and help sales leader/ executive achieve respective sales targets
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects (for cognitive applications)
Primary Responsibilities: 
  • Managing existing clients
  • Building database of relevant clients

Job Requirement:
  • Must have at least 3+ years of RELEVANT experience in Sales/Inside/Sales/Solution Selling/Account management/Business development in a closing/quota bearing role.

Experience: 5+ years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support engagement managers and practice heads with problem definition and designing approach methodology, recommendations, etc
  • Manage vendor relationships and undertake business development activities by preparing project / work proposals, capability decks, etc
  • Interact seamlessly with team members to ensure that individual and collective goals are met
  • Develop models and frameworks to simulate larger forces that drive various industries such as financial models, pricing models, etc
  • Conduct on-field primary research to develop deeper insights and work alongside client teams to add value to projects
  • Take complete ownership of the projects assigned as well as guide analysts and associate consultants on research and analysis techniques

Experience: 5+ years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Opportunities with Product Development startups, currently doing ground breaking work in App Building.
  • We are looking for- Python developers who can confidently work unassisted and deliver highquality solutions.
  • Strong programming experience in- Python Strong background in data-structures, algorithm complexities and object-oriented programming in- Python, with knowledge of at least one- Python- web framework (Django)
  • Strong hands-on experience as an individual contributor in Conceptualize, Design and Develop new features in the product Experience with NoSQL technologies. We use Cassandra and Redis.

Experience: 5+ years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Should be experienced in Java J2ee technology.
  • Should have experience in Core Java.
  • Should have experience in Springs, Struts & Hibernate - 2yrs of Experience.
  • Experience in Apache Solr, Apache Nutch is a plus.
  • Experience with NoSQL technologies. We use Cassandra and Redis.
  • You thrive in a fast paced, test driven, collaborative and iterative programming environment.
  • You love using data to drive solutions to business problems.
